The full source code is provided for transparency, security review, and customization - not for redistribution or commercial use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or source code
  • Share your license or access credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse engineer the Software for competitive or commercial purposes
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software to harm, harass, or defraud others

4. Risk Disclosure and Financial Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All trading decisions and their outcomes are your sole responsibility
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

  • You should never invest more than you can afford to lose

5. No Warranties

Beaver Bot Pro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees of profitability or trading success
  • Promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Assurances of compatibility with all systems or networks

You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

  • Trading losses or financial damages of any kind
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Technical failures, bugs, or software malfunctions
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access to your systems
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

7. Security and Privacy

Your private keys, wallet information, and sensitive data are stored locally on your computer. We have no access to your private keys, funds, or trading accounts. You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your computer and network environment
  • Protecting your private keys and passwords
  • Creating backups of important data
  • Monitoring for unauthorized access or malware
  • Maintaining the security of your Telegram account

8. Updates and Support

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products with full source code access, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after download or purchase completion. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

10. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its source code, design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. While you receive the source code for personal use and customization, all rights, title, and interest remain with us.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

The Software may integrate with third-party services (RPC providers, Telegram, DEXs, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

13. Transaction Fee Structure

Automated Transaction Fee Disclosure

The Software includes an automated transaction fee system to support ongoing development and maintenance. By using Beaver Bot Pro, you acknowledge and consent to the following fee structure:

  • Fee Amount: A fixed fee equivalent to $1.00 USD in SOL cryptocurrency
  • Fee Application: Applied automatically to every buy and sell transaction executed through the Software
  • Fee Calculation: The fee is dynamically calculated based on the real-time SOL/USD exchange rate at the time of each transaction
  • Transaction Bundling: The fee transaction is automatically bundled with your trade transaction
  • Separate from Network Fees: This fee is separate from and in addition to standard blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees)
  • Non-Negotiable: The fee structure is non-negotiable and automatically applied to all transactions

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
